Ketchum’s Global Food & Nutrition Practice periodically produces publications that highlight trends and thought leadership in food marketing. Some of our recent publications include these:

  • Comida y Cultura is a quarterly publication newsletter that highlights trends, cultural dynamics and values of U.S. Latinos as it pertains to food. The publication is a collaboration between Ketchum’s Global Food & Nutrition Practice and the agency’s Ketchum Latino group.
  • Food Bytes is Ketchum’s “monthly dish on top food and wine blogs” and provides a snapshot of what food and wine bloggers are talking about. The publication is compiled by Ketchum’s Global Food & Nutrition Practice and the agency’s Global Research Network.
  • Health, Wellness and Nutrition Global Trends is an annual forecast of trends in health, wellness and nutrition. The publication incorporates insights from Ketchum’s Brand Marketing, Food & Nutrition, Healthcare and Corporate Communications Practices.
