As a research director, Joanne designs and conducts research and measurement programs for Ketchum clients. She also provides marketplace insights, competitive perspectives and target market analyses to ensure new-business efforts are strategic and data-driven. She is responsible for developing ChatTrax, Ketchum’s proprietary analysis report on consumer-generated media.

Joanne also supports all research-related phases of the Ketchum Programming Process – from intelligence gathering and uncovering market segments to the evaluation of media hits and measurement of communication effects. Her client roster includes Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg, the Canned Food Alliance and ConAgra Foods.
